Title: The Impact of Gender Equality on Green Innovation
Abstract:  Employing a panel of 166 economies covering 1996 – 2018, we investigate the impact of gender equality on green innovation. Our findings indicate that an improvement in gender equality improves green innovation performance. This result is supported by a series of robustness tests. Additionally, we also find that this positive effect tends to be higher in economies with violent conflicts.
